Ask them if there is a problem with their server or with your account. Remember not to keep trying after several failures, this may cause your account to be closed or cancelled.

PowerPass customers can login from either the retail website at www.bunnings.com.au/login or the PowerPass Account management portal at www.bunningspowerpass.com.au. By clicking ‘Sign In’, PowerPass customers details will be authenticated before continuing through to the Trade version of the website based on your account access rights.
