If you fail to log in 3 times in a row, you are sure that your username and password are correct, then you should stop logging in and contact customer service.
Ask them if there is a problem with their server or with your account. Remember not to keep trying after several failures, this may cause your account to be closed or cancelled.

We want you to too! To publish your event, you must first verify your email address by clicking on the link in the email we sent you during registration. If you can’t find it, check your spam folders or email email@example.com.
Sharing directly to online community from the Scratch app for Windows is not currently supported. For now, you can export a project from the Scratch app, then log onto the Scratch website, and upload and share your project there. Can I use the Scratch app and also have Scratch open in the browser? Yes. Can I install Scratch on my Android phone? No.
